"I do not find work", recognizes Antonio Herrera Merchán, a 38 years old scientific from Cordoba in the ranks of the unemployment from the 1st January, 2017. His story is not one most in the crisis of science in Spain. The researcher is in the street after whistle-blowing and uncover one of the biggest scandals of the Spanish science, which ended a year ago with the dismissal of the prestigious molecular biologist, Susana González López, at the national centre of cardiovascular research (CNIC). "Susana González hasn't been able to provide us with the complete set of data on which the study is based", Nature Communications alerts.
